At Aica, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In its original condition with all tags attached
- In the original packaging
Items that are damaged, worn, washed, or altered in any way will not be accepted for return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Sale or discounted items
- Underwear, swimwear, and other intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons)
- Gift cards
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at info@aicastore.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will review your request and provide you with return instructions within 2-3 business days.
Please do not send items back without first contacting us, as we may not be able to process your return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Please note that original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at info@aicastore.com. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@aicastore.com with photos of the item and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
